SALTWATER SWEAT CO. STUDIO POLICIES

Effective September 1, 2026

These policies are subject to change.

These policies apply to all Saltwater Sweat Co. members, guests, class-package holders, and visitors. Our goal is to keep policies clear, consistent, and fair while protecting the small-group experience that makes Saltwater special.

MEMBERSHIPS

Loyalty Membership — $259/month

The Loyalty Membership is a grandfathered membership available to qualifying existing members who maintain continuous active membership.

Loyalty Members may reserve one class per calendar day in advance. A second class on the same day is complimentary when space is available, but it cannot be reserved in advance. Members may join the second class as a walk-in if an available spot remains and the class is not full or waitlisted.

Loyalty Members receive two guest passes per month. Both passes may be used by the same guest during the month, but the two passes may not be used in the same class.

The $259 Loyalty rate is maintained only while the membership remains continuously active or is on an approved membership freeze. If a Loyalty Membership is canceled, the grandfathered rate is forfeited. A returning member will be subject to the membership options and pricing available at that time.

VIP Daily Membership — $289/month

VIP Daily includes one class per calendar day. Members wishing to take a second class on the same day may do so for a $15 additional-class fee, subject to space availability.

Membership commitment periods are disclosed at enrollment. Current recurring memberships have a three-month initial commitment unless the applicable membership agreement states otherwise. After the initial commitment, memberships continue according to the renewal terms of the applicable membership agreement.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZES / HOLDS

Travel & Extended-Absence Freezes

Membership freezes are available for qualifying travel or extended absences of at least 30 consecutive days. Freezes are taken in full-month increments and may not exceed three months total per calendar year.

A $35 monthly freeze fee applies for each month the membership is frozen. Freeze requests must be submitted in advance with a start date and return date.

Travel or absences of less than 30 consecutive days do not qualify for a membership freeze, prorated dues, membership credit, or extension.

At the end of the approved freeze period, regular membership billing automatically resumes. An approved freeze preserves a Loyalty Member's grandfathered Loyalty rate.

Medical, Injury & Surgery Holds

We understand that injuries, surgeries, medical procedures, and significant health circumstances may require an extended break from exercise. Medical holds may be approved when a member is unable to safely participate in classes for an extended period.

Medical holds may be approved for up to six months. Longer medical circumstances may be reviewed individually. Saltwater Sweat Co. may request reasonable documentation for an extended medical hold. The standard $35 monthly hold fee applies unless otherwise approved by management.

An approved medical hold preserves a Loyalty Member's grandfathered Loyalty rate and does not count against the three-month annual travel-freeze allowance.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, disability, relocation, or other rights available to a member under applicable California law.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Membership cancellations require 30 days' notice. Members may submit a cancellation request directly through their Walla account using the Request to Cancel option.

Once a cancellation request is submitted, the membership remains active and billing continues as applicable through the 30-day notice period. Loyalty Members who cancel relinquish their grandfathered Loyalty rate. If they return in the future, current membership options and pricing will apply.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation rights provided by applicable California law.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Because Saltwater is a small-group studio with limited spaces, reservations affect both other members and our instructors. By registering for class, you agree to the cancellation and no-show terms below.

Late Cancel Window

The late-cancellation window closes 6 hours before the scheduled class start time. Exceptions may be considered for genuine illness, injury, or emergency circumstances.

Class Packages

Late cancel: forfeit one class credit.

No-show: forfeit one class credit plus a $10 fee.

Memberships / Unlimited New Client Offers

Late cancel: $15 fee.

No-show: $20 fee.

Late cancellations can still allow another member an opportunity to attend. No-shows prevent another member from using the reserved space.

PRIVATE LESSONS / PERSONAL TRAINING

Private lessons and personal-training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being fully charged. If a client is more than 20 minutes late, the session may be forfeited.

Advance payment is required for private lessons. A valid card on file may be charged if payment is not received within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson. If payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation may be released. â€‹

WAITLIST POLICY

Our online registration system may move members from a waitlist into class as availability opens. Members are responsible for monitoring their reservations and waitlist status and for keeping their notification settings enabled.

If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist before entering the applicable cancellation window. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available but are not guaranteed.

SCHEDULING & REGISTRATION

Advance registration is strongly recommended. A class spot is not guaranteed unless the member is registered.

Saltwater Sweat Co. reserves the right to adjust the schedule based on instructor availability, holidays, emergencies, enrollment, and studio resources.

3-PERSON MINIMUM POLICY

To support our schedule, Saltwater maintains a three-person minimum when necessary. If fewer than three people are enrolled, a class may be canceled up to 6 hours in advance. If no one is enrolled, a class may be canceled up to 12 hours in advance.

ARRIVAL WINDOW POLICY

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class. This gives instructors time to reset the studio and allows an ongoing class or private session to finish without interruption.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

For safety and to avoid disrupting class, members arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted unless an exception was approved by management before class begins. Missing the warm-up may increase injury risk and disrupt the class flow.

If a class has a waitlist, an unclaimed reservation may be released after five minutes. Class credits or membership fees are not refunded when entry is denied due to late arrival. Please allow extra time for parking and getting settled.

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & SHARING

Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Members are responsible for reviewing expiration dates associated with purchased packages.

Memberships and promotional packages may not be shared. Drop-in class packages may be shared only with prior studio approval.

INSTRUCTION & SAFETY

Please follow the instructor's directions and perform only exercises that have been taught or approved by the instructor. If you are unfamiliar with an exercise, need assistance, or need a modification, ask the instructor.

Studio staff or instructors who are attending a class for their own workout are not acting as instructors during that class unless they are the owner/manager assisting or a designated assistant teacher in training.

CLASS ETIQUETTE

We love the friendships and community that have developed at Saltwater. During instruction, please keep side conversations to a minimum so everyone can hear the instructor and enjoy their workout. Members may be asked to pause conversation and refocus when necessary.

PHOTOS, VIDEO & MEDIA

Photos, audio, or video may occasionally be captured during classes and studio activities. Members who do not wish to appear in studio content should notify staff in advance.

Commercial use of a member's likeness will be handled in accordance with the member's applicable consent or media release and California law. Members may withdraw applicable media consent by submitting a written request to the studio.

POLICY CHANGES

Saltwater Sweat Co. may reasonably update studio policies, membership benefits, schedules, and operating procedures. Members will be notified of material changes as appropriate.

Nothing in these studio policies is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
